Soros and others funded District Attorneys to make crime rise, she's very well aware of that. This is the very beginning of their next stage...turning the tables and begging for a nationalized Federal police force. This is a very distinct plank of their communist agenda. They created a massive crime problem and their planned solution is communist nationalized police.
