I remember some 'documentary' years ago that set out to answer that... Since it's very illegal to eat humans, he took a plug from his own leg, and still wasn't allowed to eat it. Some BS later, they tried to mix other animal flesh to simulate the taste based on the chemical analysis of his flesh or something.

Sorry, none of that was helpful. Just something I remember.
