Cannes, France, where they eat Frog legs, Snails, and other delicacys...The French cuisine is overrated since the end 70's. The more ridiculous, the better...

I grew up in the Midwest and frog legs were served along with fish in bars or restaurants and they weren't considered a delicacy. They really are good...white meat like a chicken wing.
