What is this thread all about?

They take it only because we never owned it in the first place. I was reading somewhere about a different kind of title - the one that actually shows your ownership.

According to David Straight, you need what is called a land patent. I watched a video of his on YouTube several months ago and took notes. You use a "meets and bounds" description not a "lot/block/subdivision" description. Another note I made, stewardship is inherited, land patents cannot be sold only deeded by grant deeds, everything else is abstract title. Hope this helps.
