I have been taking cold showers now for a while and when i first started i felt like the water was too cold now i feel like its not cold enough, also alternating between hot and cold in the shower helps the lymphatic system work better and has a bunch of benefits.

Although being forced to do it cause the government are a bunch of idiots is a whole different thing lol.
