I'm 90% sure CERN is in White Hat hands by now.

I'd love to believe that too. However, if CERN is under White Hat control now, they wouldn't be turning it back on AT ALL, in my opinion. I think this crazy CERN thing is designed to be some kind of portal to let in demonic forces or Lucifer himself.
