Frozen water = information kept on "ice." It's not flowing water, hence it's stored information or information that's being held back from being public knowledge.

A glacier, therefore, would be a huge amount of information that is being held back.

An avalanche would be the release of huge amounts of information that has been withheld.

So, the pope is saying we have "avalanche victims." Who would that be? It would be the people most affected by the sudden release of huge amounts of information.

Climate change: we are "climate change" because we release CO2 gases when we exhale. We, the people, are also awakening. This is causing a "climate crisis" within the DS.

I'm a glacier speed expert. It took 12 years of graduate work. I get flown to all sorts of places with a giant glacier stopwatch to determine the speed of avalanches to no thanks from the general public. This has to change. The speed seems to be increasing as global warming ramps up. leading to the posting of 'no melting/no sliding downhill' signs on major peaks.

We 'experts' in all imaginary fields put in long hours of guesswork after the fact to bring useless detail to fake stories everywhere and deserve acknowledgement.

The article states that warming temps caused this. Um, no. It’s nature being nature. It’s called glacier/ice calving and happens all the time. It’s as normal as the sun rising in the east.

CERN collider firing up again suddenly.

As the moment when CERN restarts the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) approaches, there have been reports of many people the world over who are fearing that it may spark the end of the world, but where did such an idea come from?

I've had people complaining lately that there are all these weird "duck" memes filling up their feeds.

Many will of course point to the fact that the machine hasn’t been turned on since 2018 when CERN shut it down, but according to the company itself it was simply a matter of maintenance. That’s right, as much as it pains us to say it, there won’t be any planetary implosion or alien life forms streaming out of a porta, as CERN prepares to initiate its third trial of the machine. Though countless folk will point to a social media post - since removed - which seemed to indicate that CERN apologized for ending the world in 2012, such talk has - we said it before - proven to be untrue.
