Definitely.

Weather has changed. The wind has changed direction from headwinds to fair winds and they're picking up.

Have you ever sailed in the northeast trades? One of life's sustained, truly ecstatic experiences. This is how it begins.

In this case though I think we've picked up fair winds that are sweeping us into a region that contains storms.
