Everything he said is true. All of it.

There was a period of time where degeneracy was everywhere, but not explicitly pushed. No one really cared about specific areas if you were gay or bi or whatever.

When you were trans, you made efforts to portray yourself as the opposite sex, not pointing at yourself and saying "look at me, I'm trans, don't DEAD NAME ME IT IS MA'AM!"

Most racial discrimination was on its way out the door already, and for every day jobs the only thing that mattered to your boss is that you were skilled, could acquire the needed skills through training/apprenticeship/etc. and you were a hard worker.

I didn't worry about anyone else's opinions, and no one gave a shit about mine. That's how it was meant to be, because I still grew up in an America that wanted to protect free speech even if we didn't agree with what was being said.
