The word is "declining" additional jabs not refusing.

It is not medically necessary or risk appropriate. Should not have been offered in the first place to majority of population, especially kids.

I was at the vet this morning and they were explaining how they no longer do "one vaccine fits all vaccination." More informed consent and examination of risk factors there than in human hospitals.
