I saw the movie again a few weeks ago.

It holds up incredibly well, check it out sometime.

As for "play any witnesses and statements," he was talking about playing a VIDEO of testimony, like they supposedly did with Ivanka.

Yeah but "play any witnesses and statements" is not quite correct. Whose statements? The witnesses?

It should be "refused to play several statements by..."

Even referring to video statements by witnesses it's still not correct to write "witness and statements". It doesn't make sense.
