No, the .223 has little recoil, most people don't realize the strength and posture control a good shooter has to develop to be proficient.

I don't know all the details yet, but if he was on a rooftop at yardage, who ever shot had skills, 6 kia + I've read 30 injured.

I forgot the sarcasm font, but you are probably right, gun skills galore, maybe glowie-trained... the perp had multiple knives/swords confiscated in 2019, but the firearms were "legally purchased". Ok, hmm...
