Since they seem so set on killing us....

then,,,

Beyond a reasonable doubt, I believe that there is an imminent and otherwise unavoidable danger of death and or grave bodily harm to myself and innocent civilians around me, by those trying to murder us by starvation.

A homicide in this instance is not only blameless but is Patriotic and required.
