The abilities he speaks of are gifts from God. Satan can not create, only destroy. It's why he resents us so much, we can not only reproduce we can also heal, build, write, draw, create, sow, nourish..
And not only that..we are limitless, made in God's image, while he is already doomed. You can understand why Satan loathes us.
