Uni-Party, plain and simple. Republicans win local races, and Democrats win enough national races to keep pushing things left. The Republicans that win, well, they aren't exactly conservative themselves. If Democrats won EVERYTHING, people would catch on to their scheme. With just enough Republicans winning, it's not so obvious. Look at Georgia. Look at New Hampshire. Always Republicans winning in the state, but national elections are either a toss up, or flat out won by the Democrat. They are rigged, period.
