Anyone else remember back in the late 80s/early 90s when they'd have those tables set up at the mall and you could have your child fingerprinted? They claimed it was so it would be easier to find your child if they went missing.
There's a mighty amount of millenials out there who should ask their parents if they had that done.
Grew up in a small rural community with a church-run school and they took us to the police station on a "field trip" where we got fingerprinted in the first grade.
I was just going to ask about this. Didn't they even do a DNA swab with it?
I think some places may have offered it but I'm not sure. I was already a "conspiracy theorist" at that point and the whole thing just creeped me out.
