I don't think so. By the look of the debris pattern, this was high explosives, or a large kinetic round. Maybe 30mm-40mm? There's nothing charred or burned, like you see with DEWs or incendiaries. It damn-sure wasn't play-doh, frens.

Whatever it was, I bet the concussion was felt for a few miles.
