IDK man. I hear "lightning", I hear "missile".. I see an explosion coming from under that top slab that sends it a couple feet in the air while one of the upright slabs gets fragged and blown across the ground.
It could also be a couple good ol boys got up there with a ladder and packed a sh-t ton of Tannerite in there and plinked it with a 22 from across the road.
Direct Energy Weapon. The light got brighter because of the energy. DEW's make a flash in a split second and a crackling noise and their target gets blown to pieces. [They] aren't going to search for suspects because they know exactly what it was and who did it and can only be ticked and scared at this point.

If you only watch the left half of the screen it looks like maybe a projectile of some sort but from a higher angle than what should fire would be.
