Probably the cause of Alzheimers. I First heard about this in the late 70's, ( I am old, yes.). In my first book of natural healing, called Back to Eden. It was my health go to book for years. Written by a doctor named Jethro Kloss. He said to throw away aluminum cookware, and I did. It is in anti perspirants (how healthy is that, anyway, sweating is a healthy thing the body does) There are deoderants made without it and now you know why. You can buy baking powder and baking soda free of it too, you just have to look for the labels. Always read labels.Even on dog and cat food.

Fuck me, baking soda?? What the hell am I supposed to replace baking soda with?

Aluminum, is nasty stuff. I used to weld professionally. The smoke and fumes produced, when welding aluminum, are way worse than welding steel.

So what baking soda do we buy? What are we looking for in our food products? Is there another name for Aluminum that I should be looking for in food ingredients?
