What is it with Jill Biden and that "lemon dress"?

Most 1st ladies only wear an outfit once or twice. They generally have fashion designers lined up to have the 1st lady wear their latest designs. Jill has worn that same ugly "lemon dress" dozens of times.

Notice no fashion designers are stepping up to that plate?
