Laws like that are instantly unconstitutional though.
You cannot prosecute someone for something that is legal in another state, for if that were the case every person who went to NV for prostitution, or WA/CO for weed would be instantly prosecuted on the way back.
Or if you live in CA, but moved your car to FL where SMOG is not tested for.
Agreed, but when has a pesky little thing like "constitutionality" ever stopped a legislature from writing laws, or cops/agents from enforcing them?
Hopefully you're not working on your law degree.
But you can't bring that weed or hooker back to your state. Right?
