Look at Abe's cabinet, their backgrounds. What do the higher ranking ones and some others in the cabinet all have in common? Abe was a dog on a leash, the same handlers behind some of the others in this movie.
I've worked with the intelligence community, more specifically with Japanese intelligence. Personally, I believe them to be among the best, their HQ is smack in the middle of Tokyo next door to THE busiest train station in the world FFS. Anyways, I have no doubt they were aware of this individual's intents or even the operation entirely. As well as they had the means to prevent this. This was orchestrated at some levels to include Japanese intelligence
For me, this is just further confirmation that the plan or Q or whatever is now out of the shadows and out in public. Recent events are bringing a lot of heat. This is really turning out to be one hot summer.
Also it is interesting to note that Trump and Pence have both shared their respective statements while neither Biden nor Kamala have said anything and were probably not prepared for this!!

Yes I agree. It can go either way. But given what all is happening right now, I feel that if the DS were involved in such a massive operation, they would have been better prepared in the reaction part at least!!
