+++ does refer to one side of the triangle, but it's possible Trump and white hats took control of it (or its resources) instead of destroying it. So anyone who is +++ and was in the service of Al-Waleed is now in the service of white hats. An example would be Elon Musk formerly servicing the DS, but is now working in the interest of Trump.
I'm sure there's a metric ton of resources that freed up after Al-Waleed. But Elon Musk isn't decoded to have Flipped until March 2018, a couple of months later. It is rumored that Obama, whose strings were cut after Al-Waleed, was pathetically looking for another puppetmaster to get hitched to, eventually failing and then Flipping to the Patriots. Time period for that is murky, only evident via Comms with his twitter exchange with Bill Gates, passive aggressive "Summer Book Reading Lists".
