I always considered Trump & Abe tight during Trump's first term. Could be a NWO front on his side, but he always seemed to agree with the Trump mindset/strategy. Was very disappointed when he stepped down (for health reasons, I believe)...

BUT Japan is right in line to usher in the WHO/UN government, as far as I've researched at least regarding healthcare
