Musk's due diligence is all it took to destroy Twitter, mission accomplished.
Twitter says they’re suing him to compel him to purchase. They also refused to provide the requested information, most likely to protect their political motives for suspensions/bans. Off to the courts. Is Musk trying to force discovery by them suing him?
He proved that TS is the better platform and it’s not close. Time to invest in DWAC.
Why buy when you can allow Twitter to sue you. Go to court and get the documents out in the open.

If he is contractually bound to purchase at $54 (or whatever), he'd still end up owning it. Even at a massive lose, it'd be worth taking it down (or rebranding, etc).
