Correct. They are indeed stupid, but they are cleverly stupid. Never underestimate their desperation or the extremes they will go. Remember these are the same monsters who trafficked children thinking it's perfectly okay. These are the same people working in the baby parts racket. These are the same people involved with operation mocking bird. These people are stupid and very dangerous.
