I remarked this morning. Wasn't WWI started from an assassination? I said now the rule for Not Targeting world leaders had been broken. The nation's of the world agreed that world leaders SHALL NOT BE ASSASSINATED. This rule has been broken. Hold on to your butts. If this is back in action we are going to see more of this. Not good. A long standing agreement has been broken.
