Fren you need to lighten up. Because you should be celebrating the mortal hit the Administrative state took last week. Not justifying and rationalizing their overreaches.. Do me a favor this week, take a day or a half day and go do something tha makes you happy. Something purely for enjoyment. Because you are starting to sweat the small stuff" stuff you cannot control, stuff that is symptoms.. You will be more productive to the movement if you give yourself a chance to breath.. Best wishes.
