To a drug dealer lacing drugs with something you do not know is there, yes death. To a drug dealer selling drugs because that is the only way the government will allow you to get them then no.

One of my cousins recently died in exactly this way due to something laced with Fentanyl. All OP is missing is the handshake icon.
