No she isn't. I suppose you believe SNL's depiction of her. Even other politicians actually think she said stupid things that only appeared in SNL skits. For example, Palin never said she could see Russia from her house. That was Tina Fey. Palin only said that Russia is visible from Alaska, which is absolutely true.
