Exactly. Setting foreign or domestic policy with agents of foreign countries outside of one's borders has always fallen under the definition of treason.
As for sedition.........when your state's governor goes to national meetings to set your state's agendas, this can be seen as sedition....as it is not the voter/taxpayer/constituents or legislators making the policy decisions.
Bring it out into the llight.
