Keep in mind that Metal Gear Rising was released on February 19, 2013
The Senator Armstrong character uses the Trump Campaign slogan Make America Great Again a full three years before President Trump began his campaign.
Also listen carefully to the content of Armstrong's speech.
The speech is clearly over dramatized and carried to the extreme in order to play up the over the top video game villain trope. Regardless, it contains many truths that have become quite significant to the Great Awakening.
Here is the entire transcribed speech from the cutscene.
I do need capital. And votes. Wanna know why? "I have a dream." That one day, every person in this nation will control their OWN destiny. A land of the TRULY free, dammit. A nation of ACTION, not words. Ruled by STRENGTH, not committee. Where the law changes to suit the individual, not the other way around. Where power and justice are back where they belong: in the hands of the people! Where every man is free to think -- to act -- for himself! Fuck all these limp-dick lawyers and chicken-shit bureaucrats. Fuck this 24/7 Internet spew of trivia and celebrity bullshit. Fuck "American pride". Fuck the media! Fuck all of it! America is diseased. Rotten to the core. There's no saving it -- we need to pull it out by the roots. Wipe the slate clean. BURN IT DOWN! And from the ashes, a new America will be born. Evolved, but untamed! The weak will be purged, and the strongest will thrive -- free to live as they see fit, they will make America GREAT AGAIN!
You still don't get it. I'm using war as a business to get elected... so I can end war as a business! In my new America, people will die and kill for what they BELIEVE! Not for money, not for oil! Not for what they're told is right. Every man will be free to fight his own wars!
I believe that this dialogue is perhaps an amalgamation of both Black Hat and White Hat comms mixed into the form of an over the top video game villain as a repository for the red pill content of the speech.
There are obviously many facets of this speech that are taken from the playbook of the Black Hats. The concept of killing the weak so the strong can survive is a page right out of the playbook of the World Economic Forum’s depopulation agenda. We are currently living out this agenda with the bio-weapon injections and manufactured global famine. Indeed had any one of us told the world in 2013 that less than a decade later these would be issues facing the world, they would have thought it came from a Metal Gear Solid video game. It has been said many times that Klaus Schwab a bond level villain.
The most bizarre thing about Senator Armstrong’s speech is that, mixed among all the Black Hat bond villainy, there are some straight up truth bombs that are clearly White Hat comms.
Among truths are the ideals that:
People will control their own destiny and be truly free.
That our nation will be one of action and not words; one of strength and not talk.
That our nation will be one where laws exist for the people and not the politicians;
That our nation will be one where power and justice are given back to the people.
That our nation will be one where every many can think and act for himself.
That we should denounce the media.
That we should denounce celebrities.
That we should denounce pride.
These ideas are nearly all paraphrased by President Trump during his inauguration speech when he told us that he was transferring power from Washington back to the We the People. The only one that sticks out as perhaps mirrored and with deeper meaning is the denouncement of pride. In the Armstrong speech, pride was in reference to American Pride. In President Trump’s speech, he talks about a new American pride.
By now we know that pride has been hijacked by the woke liberals and twisted into a perversion of the word. The Armstrong context of pride could easily have been a prelude to the infection of gay pride that has overtaken the pride in our own nation.
How many coincidences before mathematically impossible?
How likely is it that Hideo Kojima, director of the Metal Gear franchise, would find himself involved, however circumstantially, in the assassination plot of a world leader, one Shinzo Abe, who just happens to align with President Trump's ideals and agenda?
I believe there is more to the Hideo Kojima mix up than meets the eye. At a glance it may seem like a dumb mistake, and happenstance. Others have noted that a single google search could have cleared up the identity of Hideo, and his non-involvement in the Shinzo Abe assassination. This is journalism incompetence on a level hitherto unseen. Either that, or it was not an accident at all.
Recall that other prominent authors like Tom Clancy and Michael Crichton had dark fates for what they exposed in their literature.
It is not beyond the realm of possibilities that somebody wants Hideo Kojima out of the way.
Shinzo Abe has been called Super Mario, and dressed up as Super Mario at the last Olympics in Brazil. Super Mario was publicly executed (as described by the press) by Nintendo, the same way that Superman gets killed every once in a while. Only to be revived again, which they did with Super Mario. Who would kill Super Mario, if not a rival franchise? (Also Wario, which Elon Musk dressed up as for an SNL episode a while back.) Definitely intentional mistake for secret comms.
The Arsenal Gear section of MGS2, but especially the conversation between Raiden and JD, is one of the greatest moments in the history of gaming, in my opinion. Certainly has aged among the best.
I would encourage everyone to listen to the ending speech from mgs2 https://youtu.be/3wJ_DIBXLuU which was written before 9/11... Kojima has known for a long time
Listen at the 3 minute and 25 second mark.

Reminds me a little of the Kennedy assassination (without the gore). Have a fall guy, and make shit up all the way until you get caught

Do you think the Yu Gi Oh guy is connected too? He just died as well. I think the same day as Abe.
