This is a dumb argument, but no, it's obviously implied to be a quote, virtually every comment in this thread is about Tim Allen, either saying he is based and has a point or questioning if he said it.

If someone new popped in here who knew Tim Allen was pro-vax they would see this thread and roll their eyes.
