I remember hearing the name of the guy that allegedly "discovered" that, but aside from the legalese bullshit used today enforced by Britain, I find "quantum English" to be kinda silly.

Tell me whatbexacybyiy understand about quantum English. It's mathematical and always means what it says. No private interpretation by some corrupt judge 5 years down the line.
