Strongly agree. When it came out I was like, meh. I happened to catch it a few year laters on cable and it was captivating. (no pun intended)

I was actually thinking about this the other day. Human sacrifice never died out, it just is kept hidden. These people are sick!

What regular person would accept that ritual sacrifice never died out with the South American empires? Probably Europe too, but if it happened there as well, it's deliberately kept out of history studies in school.
