Funny... The WHs had someone right on Epps's arse taping everything he did, even running behind him.

Seems like something that would happen if they've also got audio (and likely video) of all the pre-planning the little DS minions in the FBI and elsewhere did to create "an insurrection". In a spy novel, that is, purely hypothetical.
