With key Mid Term elections on the horizon they will have to try and pull some "event" off.

Remember that Schiff is trying to bring in a bill that won't allow evidence from the military (I maybe phrasing that a little incorrectly) to be used in the future.

Hmm, this is quite odd. Might line up with military tribunals being carried out and they are seeking protection from them.
