IQ is Intellectual Age / Chronological Age
As we get older, our ability to conceptualize and rationalize problems, improves. The rate at which we learn to do this, is an indicator of our IQ. IQ does not measure aptitude towards striving to success, merely the ease with which the mind can grasp and expand on new ideas. Examples would be story problems, number progressions, how a shape folded along certain lines would look in 3D, etc.
How about how a room would look redecorated? I don't understand people who can't imagine a space, or a project or an outfit or a party plan. I didn't realize that there are people who cannot make pictures in their heads.
I am ranked as Bright, but have no clue how to imagine a room with a particular color with trim. I can appreciate it when it’s done. But am not the person you want picking colors.
I defer to my wife for these choices
That's interesting to me and probably makes your wife happy. Lol Maybe there is a level of practice involved.
I have read studies that women see over 400 colors, while men seem to recognize less than half that. Women tend to track styles, colors and decorative hobbies; few men do. We focus on woodwork, firearms, farming, hard sciences. We are fundamentally different
So I call the shots on material types, structurally stability, durability; and she can pick the color, texture and general shape. She has a care about street appeal and the different “profiles”. I care about the bones
So it works out
