I find it interesting that they wouldn't be subject to this jurisdiction.
We were never meant to have a standing military like this, so they are not explicitly one of our branches of government. They can use a somewhat weak argument of an extension of the executive... But the executive is still subject to the checks of other branches
I may be mistaken. I didn’t realize it was a federal court. It will be appealed and then eventually have to go all the way up to the top I imagine. I got a call about mine on the civilian side. We are just confirming your information, a decision hasn’t been made yet. My response was I know because it’s illegal. Hahaha lady got quite on the phone. She told me the gentleman doing it before her just “up and quit” I wonder fucking why you god damn traitor. I imagine he got real red pilled reading thousand of reasonable accommodations. My supervisor was quite impressed with mine. Being forced to take something me and my medical team have decided wasn’t for me is telling. And being threatened because of it is all anyone should need to hear. My situation alone has woken up dozens of people.
My son is active, ATC. Had a friend ATC get the jab and have seizure like symptoms. Can’t do ATC anymore. My son got called in to see his commander just before July 1 and was given option to apply for early release, which he got approved. His hope is that he’ll be able to stay though. He was considering a career…..
At this point I cannot imagine why they are still trying to be hard nosed about this…. So dumb. I have a friend who is ret AF Lt Col, he’s like, “It’s about military readiness, can’t have everyone sick.” He has even changed his tune as these jabs adversely affected his daughter and no one is immune to COVID! At this point the jabs are HURTING military readiness.
Wrong. The UCMJ states the legal means to refuse an unlawful order. It is unfortunate most have been conditioned to just do what you're told without knowing this.
Forcing someone to take a deadly vax is an unlawful order and is everyone's right to refuse.
I think that's what he did. Proved it was unlawful because the military can not experiment t on you. Thos was at a
I imum an experiment. Even the documentation looked that way.
They wouldn’t have jurisdiction over the active. They however would over the reserve

"We were never meant to have a standing military like this..."
Well - not a standing army. But a standing Navy was certainly authorized in the Constitution.
"To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
To provide and maintain a Navy;
To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces;
To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;"
I don’t know- but the article states otherwise, that it’s all airmen, active and reserve.

Why not do the entire DOD that way.
I am so glad. Another good win.

The confederacy forces their troops to get vaccinated.
