Vehicles have tracking built in. Cameras everywhere on surface and from orbit. Were the vehicles being followed too? We’re homes being staked out and listened to before and after? The spider web was being untangled. This was not a simple operation, more depth to it, a lot more. Just speculation.

As an aside, As per Russian military…have they used the top of food chain technology yet in Ukraine? NATO knows the Russians are holding back. Ukraine falling apart very soon. Just speculation.

Obama in 2012 created the Black Box EO. He enabled this by requiring all new vehicles have cell phones built in with silent tracking.
