I went to taco bell today and the lady in the drive through trying to sell me "double meat". I figure one time, sure, but she mentioned it like probably 5 times. I thought it was kind of weird, and then later when opened up my tacos to put the hot sauce on, I realized why. They are cutting the amount of meat in the tacos by at least half.
By asking normal or meat, they are stigmatizing anyone who prefers meat. Simply put the way the question is phrased/asked makes it sound like choosing meat is NOT normal therefore pressuring those who prefer meat into selecting the non meat/"normal" option. If they are using plants and not putting meat on the Whoppers then I expect the price of the Whopper sandwich to be significantly cheaper - like $1.00 and not the $5.00 they are charging for a MEAT whopper now.
Hey Burger King, "Would you like real money or fake money as payment?" You can have the fake money. I'll take my real money to Wendy's or Carl's Jr.
I would voluntarily serve them a middle-finger... as I drove by to another restaurant that knows a burger should automatically contain real beef.
Next: You get bugs if you don't ask for beef.
Crickets!
Lol. I see what you did there

It only takes one generation to condition/brainwash. The rest will follow. Ask any 18 year old what KFC or IHOP means. They won’t have a clue.

Customer: Can I have another napkin? Bartender: Are you sure? Customer: Nah never mind. Schmitt’s strategy has been stolen.
TBH they could ask that in US Burger Kings as well.
