• The moon appears larger as it gets near the horizon
• I notice this often. If it's near the horizon in the early evening, by late night it its directly above me. This is typical. I lived in Ohio for 13 years. It does that there, I live in Texas and it does that here.

The moon rises about 50 mins later every night, 9:00 on Monday, 9:50 on Tuesday etc... dependent on earths rotation...that accounts for its different locations in the sky on any given night, it also appears larger closer to the earth because it’s light/ color is affected by the earths atmosphere...

Is it possible that our moon is an artificial satellite placed there by something? I've seen a documentary that was pretty convincing. I can't explain: Ancient civilizations referring to a time before the moon, The earth ringing "Like a bell" for many minutes after apollo lander impacts, Astronauts after returning from the moon looking pale and terrified, Many craters being a similar depth although diameter varies widely. Things seem off about the moon. But I'm no astronomer so idk...
