As someone that has been in a soda bottling plant. I can tell you that the same size plastic slug is used for all bottle sizes. It's why a 20 oz feels sturdier/thicker than a 2L.
Paper cups. A reusable plastic cup would be fine. They banned one time use plastic drink containers smaller than a liter. Probably nothing would happen, because it's a joke and the cops have better things to do.
In my city, anything smaller than 1L is banned...
Doesn't that use more plastic? A 2 liter is far more efficient use of plastic than two 1 liter.
