Will US-Russia relations ever improve after this war?

Especially after years of the US accusing Russia of meddling in their elections souring the already tense relationship, and now recently after Russia said that we ruined the relations between the two countries after its been revealed that the US was funding biolabs near the border and arming Nazi-aligned groups in their regions.
I think after all of this, Russia would further isolate themselves even when Trump is back in office, or, would not even want to try to mend relations after everything that happened. It's that broken
And now Russia, who should have been integrated with the West, has been isolated and forced into war against their neighbor. At least we are led to believe this here.
I think Putin is well aware that the deep state is doing this, not real Americans or the Trump Admin. I think this is a plan, but also aware that Russia is its own country, and they are going to what they want for their interests.
I feel like we are wasting time just letting the country go to absolute shit, which will mean a longer rebuilding and more pain. I guess we need to go through it because it is so rotten and infiltrated, we need a total reset, Not the great reset. A reset of the Constitution and disbanding all of these corrupt govt institutions. It is too far gone from my estimation.
