As evil and corrupt as they are, villains are a cowardly and superstitious lot.

They're terrified of symbolically giving him power, and all their attempts to do otherwise symbolically give Trump power.

Friend of Podesta, Stephen "Epstein Island" Colbert's artificially trending YouTube videos that have Trump in the title literally refer to him as "T****"

They think he's their Voldemort, lol
