Let me correct that, and OUTGOING VP (leaving office) can get a foreign leader assassinated because they might tell the INCOMING administration about their dirty dealings? The Biden conversation happened 2 weeks after Trump got elected (Nov 2016), then Trump's inaugurated in Jan 2017. People need to ask what power does an ex-VP have to send that type of order? Because no ex-admin person should have that sway.
