Does anyone else find the total absence of this simple request beyond absurd? That is: with all the rhetoric about men being able to get pregnant and have babies...nobody, I mean absolutely nobody from any side has asked these people to provide the exact biology for precisely HOW this can occur!!!! Why?

Hey, we might even believe them if they simply defended their position with the answer. HOW? Tell us exactly HOW this is possible? Step us through the biology from the moment of conception all the way through the pregnency and birthing process.

So WHY is nobody, I mean absolutely nobody demanding an explanation?
