could the "smart meters" being installed on peoples houses have anything to do with this upcoming radiation sickness...they changed mine out two weeks ago and ever since the squirrels that used to be in an oak tree next to my house (on the meter side) is now gone...squirrels for decades in my yard and trees now gone...anyone else experience this?
We had some mice in our house so I bought a couple of those ultrasonic rodent control devices. To test one out, I put it on the ground near the base of our bird feeder, and it didn't even phase the squirrels.
I bought little cheapie ones, that probably have a range of about 5 feet, so my use isn't a good gage of effectiveness, but I was surprised that it didn't phase the squirrels, but they were more than 5 feet away.

I wish I had that near my bird feeder!

Squirrel Rave!
Did it work, though?
I used one and it did work. I recall after a while it made them so uncomfortable that I heard a mouse stampede.
The sound grates on them and they look for a way to leave.
