The excuse that I see that this is incompetence is really giving Biden and the DS too much credit. The fact that people think this is because of stupidity is because people are falling for Biden falling off bicycle, mumbling, etc.

This is ALL done on purpose to get the incompetence argument. It is not. It is intentional and all of us fucking know it.
