Makes me think that it’s an anti parasitic medicine and the die-off gives temporary relief, but when the population regrows the symptoms return. It would be interesting to see what a sustained regimen would so against autism because if it’s a result of a strong parasite maybe it takes a couple doses to knock it out for good.

That's possible, I would think: the treatment overlap with ivermectin is suggestive.
